Circle Game
(English)

Chain-weaver Uncle!
Yes!
Did you weave my chain?
Yes!
Did you throw it behind the mountain?
Yes!
Dad has come.
What has he brought?
Chick-peas and raisins...
With which sound?
With a dog's sound!
Waq, waq, waq…*

Notes

*Fatimah said, "Here I used the 'waq' for the dog's howl."

Waq waq waq….

"kh" is a velar sound, like Spanish "j" or Scottish "ch" in "loch" {According to Wikipedia: "Velars are consonants articulated with the back part of the tongue (the dorsum) against the soft palate (the back part of the roof of the mouth, known also as the velum)."}

Game Instructions
