I am looking for an Israeli “Good Luck” song that I can post as background music on a website that will be displaying a picture of a Hamsa. I am not Jewish, so I am not familiar with Jewish music. Thanks!

Siman Tov u’Mazel Tov is a good luck song that’s most often played at weddings. It basically means, “Good portents and good luck.” The 2nd part means, “May there be good portents for all of us and for Israel.”

Here are the lyrics followed by a video…

    Siman tov u’mazal tov
    v’siman tov u’mazal tov,
    siman tov u’mazal tov
    v’siman tov u’mazal tov,
    siman tov u’mazal tov
    v’siman tov u’mazal tov,
    y’hey lanu.
    Y’hey lanu, y’hey lanu, u’l’khol Yis’ra’iel,
    y’hey lanu, y’hey lanu, u’l’khol Yis’ra’iel,
