Ninna maayi aa jaiyo, lala ko ninna kara jaiyo,
Aati hun bhai aati hun, lala ko ninna karati hun!
Daudo daudo lala baagan me jaaye, baagan ke jaamphal tod tod khaaye,
Aavegi maalan degi gaar, jhanga topi legi utaar!
Kyon ri maalan! kyon lade, mere laala ke najra kyon utaare?
Paani peeye kuwa ko, laduwa khaaye bhua ko…
Khul khaansi baniya ke jaaye, baniya ko gur lala khaye,
Baniya buddho dokra, lala ko de gur khopra!!
