The title of this song, 恭喜恭喜 (Gōng xǐ gōng xǐ) literally means "Congratulations, Congratulations". It has the sense of "Good wishes to you for a happy and prosperous New Year". I translated "Gong xi" as "Good wishes" to keep this meaning.
