This is a warmup song for singers.

The 1st verse starts (and ends) with the 1st syllable of "Piccolomini" and keeps repeating "pi-co-lo-mi-ni". Then the 2nd verse starts (and ends) with the 2nd syllable of "Piccolomini" and so on till the end.

"Piccolo" is an Italian word and "mini" is Latin. "English" is the name of the language because the song is sung in English-speaking Canada and in the US. The song is basically nonsense.

"This is a cute 'listening exercise' song." -Rhianna
