Cifra palota - Hungarian Children's Songs - Hungary - Mama Lisa's World: Children's Songs and Rhymes from Around the World, Intro Image

Cifra palota,
zöld az ablaka,
gyere ki te tubarózsa,
vár a viola.

Kicsi vagyok én,
majd megnövök én,
esztendőre, vagy kettőre
nagy lány leszek én.

Adorned palace,
Its window is green,
Come out you, rose,
The violet is waiting for you.

I am little,
I'll grow up someday,
Next year or two years hence
I'll become a big girl.

Listen
The last verse in the mp3 is slightly different:

Kicsi vagyok én
majd meg növök én
esztendőre vagy kettőre
férjhez megyek én.

Translation:

I am small
I am growing up,
And in a year or two
I'm getting married.

Game Instructions

Three or four children stand in a small circle, they lift their hands forming gates: they're the "palace". The "rose" is inside of the palace. The other children walk in a larger circle around them hand in hand. At the end of the first part the "rose" comes out from the "palace" and chooses a new "rose" changing place with him/her.
