Dear Mama Lisa,
I am lookiing for the english words of a song which I think is Hindi but not sure, Uppri (appri) Kattappri Pukka Pukka Pahn, Pukro (Pakro) Nahni (naani) Nahna Kukahn (Kakahn). Thats about as close as I can get but at the end the children hold their ears and say chulio chulio or something like that… My mother had servants who used to sing it to us regularly as children….. Thank you Hope you can help…

My daughter has a report to do on Argentina – was thinking there was an ol song …
“Argentina, Argentina, Argen tina … la lala lala lalala lala laaaaa ….” Sorry – can’t recall any other words than the 3 Argentina’s. Does anyone know the song? We appreciate any help!!! Have a Great weekend!

Tout petit enfant j’ai passé des vacance avec ma grande tante iroquoise qui ma baptisé loup docile et je comprend aujourd’hui ce surnom a 65 ans j’ai encore de la difficulté a maîtriser mon caractère une femme réussie mon épouse une française Drôle n’est-ce pas un indien calmé par une française… Toute ma vie j’ai oublié mes origines mais un sage indien a dis un jour ” qui fuis l’appel du loup dans la forêt sera malheureux de ne pas l’écouter ” Lorsque je me promène en forêt l’odeur des sous bois me rappel des souvenir et fais revivre le jeune homme en moi …. Encore aujourd’hui on se moque et ne crois pas en mon histoire mais au fond de moi Un iroquois sommeille un loup docile qui a besoin du clame de la rivière et le vent de la forêt afin de vivre une paix intérieur. merci pour ce beau site.
