About the Meaning of "Ciróka, maróka"

"These [1st 2 words] are kind of hard to translate, since they sometimes contain made up words (like maróka here)... It's kind of nonsensical in Hungarian too as these nursery rhymes are wont to be :).

Also, ciróka can be a reference to sorghum (cirók in Hungarian), or caressing (cirógat=he/she caresses) which I think is kind of intended as a double meaning here…" -"Polymute" on Reddit
