Here's a St. Nicholas Day rhyme from Veneto.

Saint Nicholas Day is celebrated on December 6th in the north-east of Italy, mainly in the region that belonged to the Austro-Hungarian Empire. St. Nick is the one who brings children presents in that area, instead of Santa, Father Christmas or La Befana.

Notes

Alternate last line: Ghe taieremo la testa (We'll chop their heads off.)
