"Små grodorna" is sung and danced at the Midsummer Festival around a maypole and sometimes at Christmastime around the Christmas tree.

Notes

The tune to this song comes from the French revolutionary song "Chanson de l'oignon". There's a French kids song called J'ai perdu le do de ma clarinette" that has the same tune for the chorus.

Game Instructions

Everyone goes around in a circle while singing this song. On "ej öron" (no ears), they put their hands up to the head like ears and wiggle them. On "ej svansar" (no tails), they put their hands behind the back like a tail and wiggle them. On the 2nd verse, they hop or jump around the circle.
