Notes

*Or "her"

*****
There's one more verse that's sometimes sung as part of this song:

Foc, foc, ce vedeţi,
La nimeni să nu spuneţi.
Foc, foc, ce vedeţi,
La nimeni să nu spuneţi.

English Translation:

Fire, fire, you see,
Do not tell anyone.
Fire, fire, you see,
Do not tell anyone.

Game Instructions

Children stand in a circle. One of them - the one who's "It" - should have a handkerchief in his hand. He goes around the outside of the circle singing the song lyrics. Towards the end of the song, the children in the circle close their eyes and the one with the handkerchief lets it fall behind a child. Then all the children open their eyes and look back. The one who has the handkerchief behind her back must go outside the circle and kiss the one who's "It" on the cheek. The 2nd kid is now "It".
