Lisa wrote, "This is the chant we use before we go to eat..."

Notes

Here's an alternate translation Lisa sent:

Roll, roll, roll (rolling our arms)
The plate, it is full,
Our tummies, they are empty
And growling like a bear;
Growling like a "brum-brum" (car).
We wish for a good appetite!

Game Instructions

1. Roll your arms.
2. Hold arms out in circle to imitate a big plate.
3. Hold tummy.
4. Hold up hands like grizzly bear paws.
5. Hold up hands on imaginary steering wheel, as if driving a car.
