Librivox just released another bunch of recordings of fairy tales in various languages, including Hungarian, Russian, German, English, Italian and Portuguese (with links to the text of each tale). This is the 3rd collection they’ve posted.
Fairy Tale Collection #1 also includes recordings in Latvian, Danish, Romanian, Yiddish and French. You can also check out Fairy Tale Collection #2 for more choices.

Thanx for this post.. I have never heard of Librivox, but I just checked it out and it is awesome. It has such a wide collection of stories in different languages. Another site that collects stories, but all true stories or folktales is StoryCorps. They are trying to preserve oral history. Thanx again.
