Can Anyone Help with a Danish Kids Song?

John Gibb wrote asking for help with a Danish song:

I saw your website and thought you might be able to help. I’ve attached a recording of my grandmother singing a song (see below) that she learned from her mother who was from Denmark. I live in Canada. I understand my great grandmother taught this song to her children. My great grandmother died in her 90’s in the early 1970’s and my grandmother passed away in her late 80’s in the mid 1980’s. My mother thinks the song is about someone hauling some wood in a wagon and the wagon tips over. This may or may not be correct. The recording was made probably 45-50 yrs ago.

Does this song sound familiar to you? Do you have any idea the name of the song? Is it even a real song? Any information would be helpful. Can you tell me if my grandmother is actually singing in Danish and pronouncing words properly? Can you understand the words? My grandmother didn’t speak Danish she just knew a few words, and this song her mother taught her as a child. Thank you so much for you kindness and help.
