While reciting this rhyme, you can bounce a ball (or throw it up in the air) in between doing each action that's mentioned. Otherwise, you can simply do the actions (without a ball).

6. Number six, pick up sticks,

8. Number eight, open the gate,
9. Number nine, touch your spine,
10. Number ten, do it again.
