A la una, compro tuna - Mexican Children's Songs - Mexico - Mama Lisa's World: Children's Songs and Rhymes from Around the World, Intro Image

A la una, compro tuna,
A las dos como arroz,
A las tres visito a Inés.
A las cuatro voy al teatro.
A las cinco pego un brinco,
A las seis yo jugaré,
A las siete cenaré
Y a las ocho ¡paz derrocho!

At one, I buy prickly pears,
At two, I eat rice,
At three, I visit Agnes,
At four, I go to the theater,
At five, I jump,
At six, I play,
At seven, I have dinner,
At eight, I radiate peace.

Notes

The Spanish tense changes in the original so it rhymes. We made it all consistent in English and translated it to the present tense. Here's a literal translation showing the tense changes:

At one, I buy prickly pears,
At two, I eat rice,
At three, I visit Agnes,
At four, I go to the theater,
At five, I jump,
At six, I'll play,
At seven, I'll have dinner,
At eight, I radiate peace.
