Except for the chorus, each verse in this song is about the aunt moving different body parts. Lines 2, 3 and 4 of each verse is always the same.

La tía Mónica - Spanish Children's Songs - Spain - Mama Lisa's World: Children's Songs and Rhymes from Around the World - Intro Image

Notes

Some versions of this song go as follows:

"Tenemos una tía, la tía Mónica"… (we have an aunt, aunt Monica)
"Que cuando va de compras" (when she goes shopping). When the auntie goes shopping, she moves her hat, the feather, her dress etc...

The tune is sometimes slightly different too.

Game Instructions

The children walk in a circle. On the line, "Así mueve…", they move the part of the body the verse is about.
