Does Anyone Know an Italian Song with "Sum, Sum, Sum"?

Can anyone help with the following question we received about an Italian song?

"I have a question: I’d like to know if you can help me identify this song that one of the Italian grandparents would sing to my father-in-law. (They were from the area near Genoa/Luguria.)  I know neither the name nor the lyrics, I only remember  part of a verse and I don’t even know if it’s spelled correctly:

Sum, sum, sum

Se mi fundu nostra dum…

…. e barban…

Anyway, thanks for your help."

Please comment below if you can help.

Thanks in advance!
