Does Anyone Know a Rhyme that goes: "Wibbitsy, Wabbitsy, Woof, Woof, Woof"?

Keith wrote asking for help with a rhyme.  Here’s what he wrote:

My Grandmother and mother use to say a Rhyme that  goes something like this:

Wibitsy Wabitsy woof woof woof ….. ?

Any ideas?
