Can Anyone Help Us with the Translation of a Marquesan Song?

Manolia sent us this song below in Marquesan from the Marquesas Islands in French Polynesia. She said it’s about a bird named Kuku.

   I would love to use this French Polynesian song for a lesson with kids on the French Diaspora.
