Can Anyone Help with an Albanian Lullaby that Starts with “Say cannndes manndes”?

Deborah Dugan wrote asking for help with an Albanian lullaby:

Can anyone help with the words to an Albanian lullaby that my mother used to sing to us as children?

The words were:

Say cannndes manndes
Chupa thomoname block um
Block um block um
Pootha
Nanana nee to karo.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Deborah Dugan

    Probably first row is
Gjes Këndes me vesë! (Good morning Rooster)
Chupa – is the girl (çupa)
Thomaname – can’t figure it out,
Block um – Sounds or Llokum, which is a sweet
    Nana (mom)
nee to karo – no idea as of now,

    Gjes këndes me vesë

    Llokum Llokum
