Clementine Pumpkins

20131026_201849

My daughter had a Halloween party this past weekend and one of her friends brought "Clementine Pumpkins".  They’re simply made with peeled clementines (preferably seedless) and a little piece of celery stuck in the top for the "stem".  They’re cute, easy to make, and healthy.  You can also serve them for Thanksgiving.

The girls loved these and they were all eaten up at the party!

Enjoy!
