   heh that was my favorite song when i was little. i’m actually trying to find the lyrics for the song cause i’ve forgotten alot of it.

   Hi Lisa,
   I’m getting this translated – english goes something like:
   If you break a rock you will make a stone.
   If you beak the stone, you can make a small stone.
   If you break a small stone, you will make a pebble.
   If you break a pebble, it can make a (very happy) sound.
   If rain comes, you can find a puddle.
   If puddles come together, it makes a small creek.
   If small creeks come together it makes a big river.
   If river comes together it makes the sea.
   Korean rhymes are very beautiful, also very interactive with lots of loud noises for children to make.

   Can anyone confirm this is correct?

   I’m also looking for a Korean song, I think it is about a woodpecker, or some kind of animal and part of it goes dahoo or tahoo repeated several times. I believe it is about the reunification of Korea, but I don’t know for sure if it is a children’s song or not…

   Do you know that there is a korean version of mary had a little lamb? But it is not about mary who had a lamb but the airplane.

   Amber// Probably the name of song is ‘따오기 (t͈aˈogi in IPA)’ which means the Crested Ibis.

   All you musicians could probably notate it from the sample without too much trouble. And the clip is nice–it’s a vocal solo only and a lovely voice at that.

    I’m looking for the lyrics to the Korean counting song. It’s the equivalent to “eeny meanie miney mo” it starts off as “co ca co la ma shi sa”

    I found the following rhyme here:

    A Korean counting-out rhyme, recorded phonetically in 2008.
