La novela se llamaba Muneca y si trabajaba Jose Bardina y Lupita Ferrer. La estoy buscando tambien.

La verdad …. algo así me contó mi hermana y mi mamá, que me pusieron ERICA por una novela …. han pasado 35 años (pues nací en 1974), y recién hoy lo vengo a confirmar … en verdad me da cierta melancolía …. me gustaría conseguir LA NOVELA COMPLETA , hojalá se pueda …. Gracias.

Esa cancion de cuna siempre quedo en mi mente. Pero la novela no era Esmeralda, sino que Maria Teresa. Los actores fueron Lupita Ferrer y Bardinas. Fue la primera novela que vi completa en el 1974, a mi edad de los catorce. Recuerdo que decia “Giran que giran en ronda, los angelitos con su luz se oyen cantar, tu llegaste Erica, a la casita azul y blanca de mama.Tal vez fue una nueva cancion de cuna compuesta solo para esa novela. La misma historia se uso mucho tiempo despues en Mexico (en la ultima novela en que aparece Thalia). El nombre de el personaje principal fue entonces Rosalinda, pero la bebe siguio llamandose Erica. Lupita Ferrer (entonces en Mexico)tambien fue parte del elenco pero en un papel de edad mas avanzada, y como villana. Lamentablemente, cuando Thalia (Rosalinda)
le cantaba a su bebe Erica, uso entonces otra cancion de cuna la cual
es mas comun en latin america.

This lullaby always stayed in my mind. But the series was not Esmeralda, but Maria Teresa. The actors were Lupita Ferrer and Bardinas. It was the first series I saw from start to end in 1974, being 14 years old. I remember that it said “Giran que giran en ronda, los angelitos con su luz se oyen cantar, tu llegaste Erica, a la casita azul y blanca de mamó”. Maybe it was a new song composed only for this series. The same story was used long after in Mexico (in the last series Thalia shows). The name of the main character was then Rosalinda, but the baby was called Erica. Lupita Ferrer (then in Mexico) also was in the casting but performing as an older woman and as a peasant. Unfortunately, when Thalia (Rosalinda) was singing to her baby Erica, she then sang another song, more largely spread throughout Latin America.

Hello, I`m from Venezuela, precisely I`m looking for this lyrics in the web, cause I used to sing it to my little daughter when she was a baby 19 años years ago. My daugther`s name is not Erica but this song made me crying when I saw Lupita Ferrer at the venezuelan tv. I believe it was around 30 years ago. Her character was a maid that became crazy and she was looking for her little baby and she sang “Mira que giran en ronda los angelitos junto a su guardian, miran la tierra redonda…..tu llegaste erica a la casita azul y blanca de mamà”. The name was Esmeralda, I believe so. Hoping you find the right lyric for the song.

Hola, Soy de Venezuela, precisamente estoy buscando esta canciòn en la Web, porque yo se la cantaba a mi hija cuando estaba en la cunita hace 19 años. Mi hija no se llama Erica pero esa canciòn me hizo llorar cuando la interpretò Lupita Ferrer hace muchos años (asumo màs de 30 años) en una novela en la tv venezolana. Su personaje era de una muchacha que habia quedado demente y cantaba esa canciòn buscando su bebé. Y decia “Mira que giran en ronda los angelitos junto a su guardian, miran la tierra rendonda… tu llegaste Erica a la casita azul y blanca de mamà. Creo que si…fue Esmeralda, era la novela con Josè Bardina.

A mi tambien me pusieron Erika por la misma razon! Mi hermano (2 anos) me recibio en la casa cantandome la cancion “Erika…casita blanca…” y me pusieron Erika. Estas segura que fue Esmeralda? ya averiguaste? yo tambien me rompo la cabeza tratando de descifrar el misterio. Solo Delia Fiallo y Lupita Ferrer pueden ayudarnos….

They called me Erika too for the same reason. My brother (2 years old) welcomed me home by singing the song “Erika… white little house” and they called me Erika. Are you sure it was Esmeralda? Did you check? I also have been racking my brain trying to work out the mystery. Only Delia Fiallo and Lupitar Ferrer can help us…
