Firstly…
I am extremely pleased that I have found your website. I am Polish artist/painter living in Denmark, not knowing Danish yet so well that can understand Danish songs or lyrics. When I decided to make my new paintings based on Danish lullabies, then I have found you. Oh, Lisa, I am so delighted to get translations and understanding of texts I needed. New paintings will arrive soon on my website and will be presented in Odense, the town of Andersen.

Regarding Polish Children songs, I can recommend Polish seller http://www.bajki-grajki.pl, when you can buy on-line most beautiful songs, musicals for children. I know all of them, as my children listened to them when were small, and now all of those are edited in CD version. Great performance of the best Polish actors, wonderful music. You will found there wonderful stories of Andersen, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland and many amazing songs. Fully recommended, purchase possible from abroad, payment by credit card. By the way, I bought set of CDs for my grandchildren, who not arrived yet, but might come soon.

If somebody remembers well known Danish songs for children, and can give simple translation, I would be very, very happy.
