(Pick A Letter to Choose a Rhyme!)

I couldn't resist including this rhyme in our collection. It has such a wonderful ring to it! It comes from James Joyce's Ulysses and is from the point of view of a moth.

I'm a Tiny Tiny Thing

I'm a tiny tiny thing
Ever flying in the spring
Round and round a ringaring.
Long ago I was a king
Now I do this kind of thing
On the wing, on the wing!
Bing!
Pretty pretty pretty pretty
Pretty pretty petticoats.

Thanks and Acknowledgements

I found this rhyme when looking up "ring-a-ring" in the Oxford English Dictionary while researching the rhyme, "Ring-a-ring O' Roses".
